Hope your webinar went well. The Internet has certainly made finding job candidates easier, but you’re right, nothing beats good old fashioned network and personal interaction.
I agree with you Bryan. Although finding job candidate online is much faster and easier. It’s still good to do it in the traditional way sometimes.
I love the ability to quickly find a lot of people and then be able to narrow things down fast but its always best to have the personal touch with the last few potential people on your list
100% agree with you. And relationships take time, and that is is something the ‘lazy’ recruiters just aren’t willing to invest in.
